Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • license keys if are they are proved not working (screenshot, video, can be a prove)

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@epicstash.co.uk or call us at +44 7453 748900 within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Circumstances for Returns and Refunds:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is damaged or not working (e.g., invalid or blocked software licenses/games/gift cards), you are eligible for a return or refund.
  • Non-Receipt of Product: If you did not receive the product within the expected delivery timeframe, you are eligible for a refund.
