Affiliate, Terms & Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the CdkeyFox Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open worldwide.
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Affiliate Account
Each Affiliate must maintain only one account (personal or business).
CdkeyFox reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links & Tracking
Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link.
Sales are tracked using cookies with a 30-day duration (unless otherwise stated).
If a customer clears cookies or uses another device, the sale may not be tracked.
4. Commissions & Payments
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales referred through their affiliate links.
The minimum payout threshold is $10 USD when paid via PayPal.
For bank transfers, the minimum payout threshold is $50 USD to cover transaction fees.
Payments are processed Once a month, on 30th, At our discretion, CdkeyFox may process additional mid-month payouts for trusted affiliates upon request.
Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent sales will result in commission reversals.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Use spam, misleading links, or deceptive marketing.
Run paid ads on CdkeyFox brand terms (“CdkeyFox,” “cdkeyfox.com,” etc.).
Misrepresent CdkeyFox products or make unauthorized claims.
Promote the Program on sites containing illegal, adult, or harmful content.
Engage in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or other abusive practices.
Violation of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved banners, logos, and promotional materials provided by CdkeyFox.
Modification of CdkeyFox trademarks or brand assets without written consent is prohibited.
All third-party product names, logos, and brands belong to their respective owners. CdkeyFox does not claim affiliation or endorsement by these trademark holders.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Commissions earned before termination will be paid, provided terms were not violated.
8. Limitation of Liability
CdkeyFox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of revenue, goodwill, or data) arising from participation in the Program.
9. Modification of Terms
CdkeyFox may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes by email or via the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
